We want your GoSadow products to reach you swiftly and safely, wherever you are in India.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

We work with reputed logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. GoSadow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt delivery again. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. GoSadow is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@gosadow.com with photographs.
