At GoSadow, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if your product:
- Arrived damaged or defective
- Is incorrect (wrong item or variant shipped)
- Is missing parts or accessories as described
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned once opened or used: Cotton Buds, Cotton Pads, Pimple Patches, Tongue Cleaners, and Loofahs — unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@gosadow.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Please do not ship any item back without prior approval from our team — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the package if the seal is visibly broken at the time of delivery. Take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@gosadow.com.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
